www.nerya.org.uk NERYA - the North East Regional Youth Assembly - is a young person lead organisation. The North East Regional Youth Assembly has been in existence for over 3 years. It is a constituted body, made up of young people for the 12 Local Authority areas of the North East.
For the past 12 months the majority of young people involved with the Assembly have also been elected MYPs to the UK Youth Parliament. This group of elected young people have recently expressed the desire to concentrate their efforts into making the Regional Youth Assembly a broader and more representative grouping.
